Providing leadership, coaching, and sparring services is a privilege. It offers insights into companies, teams, and people. Coaching our clients on their path to client centricity is an exciting and rewarding mission. Each journey is unique, underscoring the importance of a holistic approach that combines top-down strategic direction with bottom-up implementation. Our journey begins at the leadership level. "Do we make it simple for the organization to work with us?" This introspective exercise has been eye-opening for the leadership team, revealing what needs to be improved to become client-centric - whether the client is internal or external. This crucial step sets a clear, client-centric vision, serving as a leading example for the entire organization. It’s a core question every team must continually ask and assess.
This introspection connects to a project with another client aiming to understand and capture the profitability of their client services at a granular level. By mapping a complex customer journey, they identified key client touchpoints and improved the allocation of resources. This comprehensive mapping enhanced transparency and allowed the company to streamline services effectively.
At another client site, we delved deeper, coaching individual teams and guiding them through their development phases. Knowing where you are today is essential to move forward. These teams now understand their current state and have a clear plan for achieving their goals.
The impact of professional coaching was evident at another client, who sought operationally focused coaching and sparring sessions. By promoting and leading an interdisciplinary approach, we unleashed their creative potential, substantially improving how the frontline teams work together. As the CEO of the company stated, “I’ve seen the results and must say, they are fantastic.”
Kaizen, a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, emphasizes the importance of making small, incremental changes that lead to significant improvements over time. We are thankful to have been invited to join our clients and experience the power of small, incremental improvements. Thank you for your trust.
